About Us
Building in Chennai Since 2019
King's Castle Builder started in 2019 with four masons, putting up independent houses around Sholinganallur. Since then we have finished more than 50 projects. Most of our work sits in Chennai, and we take jobs across South India we can reach and supervise properly.
We do not work outside South India. Not because we cannot — because a site needs someone from this office standing on it, and past a certain distance that stops being honest.
Fixed Handover Dates
The handover date goes into the contract, not a brochure. A supervisor from our office stays on your site.
Itemised Estimates
Cement, steel, labour, finishes — you see the rate against each line before we start. The number only moves if you change the scope.
One Team, One Office
Our site staff work out of our Sholinganallur office. One person answers for the whole job.
